Designed by Marc Lombard and built by Jeanneau (France), the Jeanneau 39i is an offshore-capable GRP family cruising yacht and one of Jeanneau's best-selling 40-footers.Launched New Zealand-new in September 2006, Zingaro is a one-owner vessel and presents as such. Modern by design, the 39i features twin wheel steering, a full-width boarding platform with walkthru, a spacious two double cabin layout with aft galley and an aft toilet and shower.
There is ample stowage throughout and a large starboard aft garage accessed from within the toilet/shower. This can be used as a third cabin if required.
With a mix of deck hatches and topsides windows, the interior is bright and airy and beautifully finished in a mix of teak veneers and solid timber. The cream leatherette interior squabs are in great condition and set off the warmth of the natural timber.
The exterior gel coat surfaces present like new and the teak cockpit and boarding platform show very little wear. All up, Zingaro, would have to be one of the best kept examples of the popular 39i and a credit to her owner of 19 years.
